As of 25th May 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulations come into action. We take customers data very seriously, so we would like to let you know what we do with it.
The data we often hold about you are as follows (details required are slightly different for hair and beauty)
Name, address, phone numbers, email, GP surgery details, medication and medical history, general health details, and details of patch tests.
We only ever use your number/email to contact you with regards your appointments or products you have ordered.
We never share your details with other companies.
Your details are taken to comply with insurance legislation.
You can request to see and or delete your details at anytime, but please note details will have to be taken again for any future treatments.
Your details are strictly confidential, paper forms are kept in a locked file, details taken electronically are password protected and accessible only by staff.
On the odd occasion we may like to show you promotional offers by post or email, if you do not wish your details to be used for marketing please contact the salon.
